1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DevOps Copilot Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DevOps Copilot Studio provides AI-powered infrastructure automation tools including chat assistance, code generation, sandbox environments, and third-party integrations. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Use sandbox environments for cryptocurrency mining

5. Intellectual Property

Code and artifacts generated through the Service belong to you. The Service itself, including its UI, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of the operator.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms using credentials you provide. We encrypt stored tokens at rest but are not responsible for actions taken by third-party services or for the security of those platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of generated code, infrastructure changes, or service interruptions. Use generated code at your own risk and always review before deploying to production.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings, which will remove all associated data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
